Favour the Unfavourable
Whenever something 'unfavourable' comes into my experience, I always look for the 'favourable' side of it. In every experience, there is always something to thank for.
For example, if you missed the first bus and had to walk another 2 streets to catch the other line, think of it as a good exercise for that morning. If you wanted something so much and it had taken a long time but still has not materialised in your experience, then know that it still isn't exactly the 'right' time yet. The Universe's timing is always perfect. Have faith.
If you face challenges at your workplace (with so many colleagues giving you a hard time), it is a training ground so that you emerge a stronger person than before. When you face so many obstacles in your life at the present moment, it is a good time to reflect if all that you are doing is really what you want to do and what makes you happy.
When you receive rejection letters (regardless of what they are for - job application, book deals etc.), it gives you an opportunity to see with greater clarity as to whether you respect your work as much and believe in it. If you decide to give up, you obviously didn't respect it as much you thought you did, so why should others appreciate your work then?
So, let's play a game today. It's called seeing the 'positive' in the 'negative'. There really isn't anything 'bad'. All are good only. What makes it 'good' or 'bad' depends solely on your mental attitude.
Love and light,
Genevieve
