Staring At The 'Sahara Desert'
Having gone missing again for some time, I am back again to the blogsphere. How have you all been?
Just a quick update. As our academy is promoting a one-week online weight loss challenge, I too have participated in the diet plan to show my support. After all, we must always walk the talk. We are now into Day 3 and I have fasted only on two bowls of creamy mushroom soup today. It sounds hungry, doesn't it? Fasting is easy once one has fasted their senses. I have been busy since early morning till now that I simply did not have the time to think about food.
What is it I hear? How can I work with ony two bowls of creamy mushroom soup? Real strength lies wthin. Food is only an external counterpart of energy for the body. The real energy we draw in is the Universal energy called Praana or Qi. This is what really sustains us. We will be fasting only on hot water the whole day tomorrow until 7 p.m. when we can break our fast with a light clear soup with 2 slices of bread. It is a fully-detox-oriented day tomorrow.
Back to THE project. I am currently at the editing stage for my first book (out of the ten) for this year. The book is about how medicine acts vibrationally to alter the energy fields of the vibrational body to result in healing. As the book is very tehnical, editing the book is quite an agony. I was stuck on the same paragraph for 30 minutes, reading, re-reading and re-re-reading the lines again and again. My attention span has become so robotic that I am only exhibiting the reading gesture on the outside without actually understanding the lines at all! This is what I call the 'autopilot mode'. Have you ever driven a car to work without knowing what is around you? Your body just takes you there. Similarly, my eyes just take me from point A to Z without consulting my mind if it is working on nightshift too.
I feel as though I am staring at the Sahara Desert when I stare at the bundle of alphabets that appear on my screen. My mind begins to drift. It's funny how Man has come up with a way to understand each other with words derived from merely 26 letters! Before the existence of any language at all, didn't we first understand each other through the language of the heart only? And to think how many thousands of people out there fighting over whose language, culture and tradition is the best! Human beings are nothing but animated puzzles, don't you think?
Enough of my inner-philosophy debate. Yesterday, I have finally set my mind to work on a photography book with a French friend, Ronan Echerbault, for publication by the end of this year. Would this be one of my ten books too in the project? I am not quite sure yet. We will see how it goes. Travel arrangements will have to be made and Ronan will most probably be flying down to Malaysia within the next few months to work with me closely on this project. I hope to publish it before Christmas because I know the book will make a beautiful Christmas gift. So, stay tune everyone!
Before I continue to bombard my screen endlessly with the limited 26 different weapons (A-Z), I should be going back to fishing the words on Microsoft Word with my mind.
Adieu.
Love and light,
Genevieve
