Confrontation - Freedom From Mental Prison
Confrontation. Is it not better to confront a person to clarify an issue rather than holding back and concoct all sort of stories in your mind about it?
Confrontation need not be negative. Not every confrontation is destructive. There is such a thing as productive confrontation when it brings trust and friendship to a whole new positive level. There is no use harbouring ill-thoughts regarding another person without letting that person know about it. Doing so will not only strain one's relationship/friendship but also consume your peace over time. Just bring everything out in the open and talk heart-to-heart to sort out any misunderstanding or issues between yourselves. Do yourself a favour and free yourself and the other person from this mental prison.
Love and light,
Genevieve
